Return and Exchange Policy
We encourage our customers to double check their items once order is received. Should there be any issue, customers may contact and inform us of the said issue. We will review it and if the scenario warrants a return, customers may opt for the following: exchange defective or incorrect item(s) or return defective item and ask for a refund. Complaint must be reported within three (3) days upon delivery date. For customers who opt to return the item(s), we will replace the item(s) at our expense.
To avail of this, customer must send us the following through our Facebook page or email address – imartgrocerph@gmail.com:
- Order ID
- Registered website username
- Photo of the purchased item(s) with the receipt
In the unfortunate instance that there is/are (an) unserved item(s), customers may also send us a complaint within twenty-four (24) hours upon reception of order. We will investigate the matter and get back to the customer within three to five (3-5) business days.

- Registered website username
- Photo of the receipt with the unserved item(s)
