FOR HOUSEHOLDS:

Step 1: Go to www.imartgrocersph.com

Step 2: Upon registration and choosing “household” as customer type, you will be redirected to our Facebook Page and you may message us through our account for your orders.

FOR SARI-SARI STORES / RESELLERS / WHOLESALERS:

Step 1: Go to www.imartgrocersph.com

Step 2: Check out our delivery locations and required minimum purchases to see if we can deliver to your area and if you can avail of our free delivery.

Note: Not all areas are free of delivery charge.

Orders may be picked up or delivered through third-party logistics for areas beyond our delivery’s reach. This option does not require a minimum purchase amount.

Step 3: Register to create an account. You are required to upload a picture of your store and of your barangay permit in order to validate your customer type as a sari-sari store owner.

Step 4: Give us at least 24 hours to verify your account details. You will receive an email from sales@imartgrocersph.com, confirming your account. Your login credential such as username and password is also included in the email.

Step 5: Once the account is confirmed, log in to our website to view our items and prices.

Step 6: After adding desired items to the cart, kindly fill out required information and choose your preferred shipping and payment options. If the total bill does not reach the minimum purchase required, you may opt to have your items delivered through third-party logistics, as this option does not require any minimum amount.

Step 7: Review your order and chosen options. You’re now ready to place your order!

Note: Operating hours are from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Orders beyond 6:00 pm will be considered as the next day’s order.

Step 8: Check your email for your Order ID, along with a summary of your orders.

Note: Courier fee through third-party logistics is not included in the total amount, as this transaction is between you and the courier.

Step 9: If items are complete, order will automatically be processed and an email will be sent to you regarding completion of order, mode of payment and delivery date.

Step 10 (Optional): However, if the order is not complete due to the unavailability of certain items, expect a message on your chat box so that our sales representative may communicate with you regarding alternative items.

Step 11 (Optional) : An updated email will be sent to you containing the modified order and the new total amount, along with the completion of order, mode of payment and delivery date.

HOW TO ORDER THROUGH TELE-MARKETING (SMS/PHONE CALL):

If you want to talk to our Sales Representative for your orders, we offer tele-marketing services as well! You may opt to call/message us through our contact numbers within store hours (8am – 6pm) or message us through our Facebook Page.

SHIPPING OPTIONS FOR AREAS NOT COVERED BY IMART GROCER’S DELIVERY (NO MINIMUM PURCHASE AMOUNT REQUIRED)

  1. Store Pick-up: We have partner grocery stores located in Maharlika, Quezon City and Tondo, Manila where you can drop by to pick up your order.
  2. Third-Party Logistics: Let’s book a Lalamove, JoyRide or Grab delivery together, whichever you find the safest and most convenient option. Delivery fee will be charged to the buyer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

  1. Cash-on-delivery: This option is for customers whom we can deliver to. You can pay for your order right at your doorstep once our delivery reaches your store.
  2. Cash Payment upon Pick Up: This option is for customers who will pick up their orders.
  3. Bank Transfer: This option is for customers who can’t avail of our delivery. This may also be applicable to customers who prefer a no-contact payment option.
  4. GCash: This option is for customers who can’t avail of our delivery. This may also be applicable to customers who prefer a no-contact payment option.
