2. How much time does it take to deliver my order?

It takes 1-2 days for us to deliver your order. For orders that are urgent, you may include this as a remark or note before check out.

However, there are some areas with specific delivery dates.

3. What is the cutoff time?

Cutoff time is at 6:00pm. Orders beyond the given time is considered as the next day’s order.

4. Do you have a refund or return policy?

5. Can you deliver to my location? Based on my location, can I avail of your free delivery? How much is the required purchase amount?

6. What are other shipping options if you can’t deliver to my area?

We may have your order delivered through third-party logistics (Grab/Lalamove/JoyRide) or you may have it picked up at our stores located in Brgy. Maharlika, Quezon City and Tondo, Manila. Please check our How to Order page for further details.
